BAKER ESTATES MARKETING BROCHURE

PROJECT OF THE MONTH WINNER

FEBRUARY 2019

South West-based prestigious property developer Baker Estates asked us to produce their pocket brochures for some of their flagship developments. This one is our latest award-winning Project of the Month.

Action

The Baker Estates marketing team asked us to produce this stunning pocket brochure with inserts to complement their range of marketing materials.

The striped grey background is the foundation for a strong lime green Pantone spot colour to pick out key elements such as logo, development name and dividers.

The landscape oversized A4 format lends itself well to a pocket in the back cover which contains a variety of inserts, customised to each recipient.

Every image throughout this property marketing brochure is highlighted with a spot UV varnish to amplify the vibrancy of colours, and the cover is finishes with a gloss lamination as a final flourish of excellence.

Result

The vibrancy of this property marketing brochure really packs a massive punch and speaks volumes of the refreshing difference of a Baker Estates home. We love the high-impact Pantone Lime Green colour as well as the spot UV throughout to intensify the images. Great work, and a worthy winner of this month’s Project of the Month award!

What is the Project of the Month Award?

It is our very own awards programme launched in January 2018. We get to see hundreds of examples of creative, beautiful marketing every month and we wanted to recognise and reward those marketers who are bold enough to push the boat out.
