Snap Lock Box Printing for Food & Drinks Packaging

Our custom printed snap lock bottom boxes will give your products an extra visual boost on-shelf whilst protecting your product during transit. Snap lock boxes (aka auto lock and 1-2-3 bottom boxes) are a cost-effective way to show off your brand and help it stand out from the crowd.

Our snap lock boxes are totally customised to fit your food and drink products. We can also design the print-ready artwork for you.

What is a Snap Lock Box?

Snap lock boxes are a very cost-efficient way to produce a locking base, only requiring a single glue-line. However, these do tend to be more fiddly to assemble at the packing end, so it’s advisable to consider this when choosing a snap lock box.

The snap lock base is assembled by hand as the box is filled, and these boxes are supplied flat for easy storage. This is a very popular style of box due to the low print and production costs.

These printed packaging boxes come in a range of board weights and finishes including gloss, matt and uncoated. We also have a range of speciality papers and boards including Kraft, metallic, GF Smith and many more.

Can I customise my printed packaging?

Yes! We print everything bespoke to fit your branding style and dimension requirements. This includes die-cutting, folding, gluing, part- and full-assembly.

Can you help me design my snap lock box packaging ready for printing?

Yes, we can. We have a design studio in-house with a team of creatives to create your brand from scratch, or design your packaging to fit your existing product portfolio. Our design team are highly skilled in both the creative and technical aspect of packaging design so that it not only looks good but is cost-effective to produce.

Do you have a minimum quantity for snap lock boxes?

We can print as low as 1,000 units, up to hundreds of thousands. We can also print as few as 250 per SKU for multiple orders. All orders are printed litho unless specifically requested for digital printing. Talk to our team to find out the best and most cost-effective printing options.

Can you help me with luxury packaging?

Yes! We are experienced in luxury packaging, and can produce in a range of beautiful substrates. Printing embellishments including foiling, spot UV varnish, embossing and laminations are the best way to lift your luxury packaging.

Can you print sustainable food packaging?

Yes! We are a certified BRC and Carbon Balanced printers and we use vegetable-based, low-odour food-grade inks. We can help you ensure your packaging is fully recyclable and compostable too.

Can you produce food-safe packaging?

Yes! We are a BRC (British Retail Consortium) accredited. This is an independent food safety accreditation that proves that high food safety standards are in place so food companies are safe to supply to supermarkets and large organisations. Therefore, you can have peace of mind that your food packaging fits the right criteria for food safety.
